Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V., with address in Homero Avenue #340, colonia Revolucion, Z.C. 31107 in the city of Chihuahua, state of Chihuahua, Mexico, is responsible for collecting your personal data, the use is made of it and its protection.

Your personal data will be used for providing the lodging services related to the contract celebrated between you, the guest. For the purposes previously mentioned, we require collecting the following the following data: name, last names, address, e-mail, company you work for, phone number, license plate number, copy of an official ID delivered by an authority, credit card number and safe code and its expiration date.

Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V. does not request sensitive personal data such as the one that can reveal aspects of racial or ethnic background, current and future health, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union affiliation, political opinions or sexual preference.

You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose the treatment that receives or revoke your consent that you’ve given us through a written request in Spanish, which should be presented in the address of Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V. mentioned in the beginning of the current notice or sent it through pre-paid mail; this request of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition must contain what follows: name and address or some other way to inform you the answer to your request, documents that confirm your identity or legal representation, the clear and precise description of the personal data for what you want to exercise any of the previously mentioned rights and any other element or document that eases the location of the personal data, as well as your name and sign. We reserve the right to modify the current notice, notifying about it through visible announcements in our facilities and/or personally through our staff at the moment you visit the facilities, as well as using any other of the means foreseen in the applicable law.

According to the established in the article 10, fraction IV of the Federal Law of Protection of Personal Data held by Particulars, the personal data requested by Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. have the purpose of fulfilling the obligations that come from a legal relationship between the owner of the personal data (the guest), consisting this legal relationship in a lodging contract.

Your personal data will be used for providing the event venue rent and banquet services related to the contract celebrated between you, the client. For the purposes previously mentioned, we require collecting the following the following data: name, last names, address, e-mail, company you work for, phone number, copy of an official ID delivered by an authority, credit card number and safe code and its expiration date, date of the event to celebrate, number of people attending the event, duration of the event (hours) and characteristics of the event.
